To make your shopping easier, and very secure, we are now taking payments through PayPal. When you place your order with us, we will check the availability, price, and shipping costs of the item, and send you an invoice with the total due and a link to the PayPal site. Payment will be made through PayPal's secure site. Once your payment has been cleared, we are notified by PayPal and your order is shipped. No orders are shipped until the payment has cleared. We pack all of our orders very well and try to protect against any damage. We also mark all of our packages very clearly, however, we can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items if insurance coverage is not selected.

Once you place your order, we will check the availability, price**, and shipping costs of the item or items, package and weigh the items,  and send you an invoice for the total amount due.

Most in stock items are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Holidays may require more time. All payments must clear before shipment is made. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together but the handling fee (if any) will only be charged once. If you inadvertetly give an incorrect address, such as zip code, suite number, street number, etc, you will be responsible for correction fees or re-shipping amounts as charged by the carrier.

Prices listed do not include shipping, insurance, or handling. We use the actual shipping and insurance costs incurred plus a $3.90 handling fee (handling fee is only charged if merchandise total is not $50.00 or more) for normal shipping. If the merchandise total is $50.00 or more, no handling fee will be charged for normal shipping. If the merchandise total is under $50.00 a $3.90 handling fee is charged. If you receive an order that is damaged, you must contact us within 5 calendar days from the time of receipt to report the damage. We will assist by contacting the carrier and making arrangements for the package to be picked up or returned. You must keep all items, packing materials, and the shipping carton until notified by us. The final responsibility for lost or damaged items is with the carrier. They will be the party to make any restitution due. We do not have a mimimum order amount or a minimum shipping charge. The shipping charge will be the actual shipping costs incurred, plus the cost of insurance (if you select insurance), plus a $3.90 handling fee for normal shipping. NO Handling Fee will be charged for normal shipping if the MERCHANDISE TOTAL is $50.00 or more. We do not ship internationally. If you are a West Virginia resident or are having the item shipped to West Virginia, you must add 6% sales tax to the total amount (that  is the amount that includes the shipping costs).
